Joanna’s passion for real estate began in 2013 when she purchased her first investment property and quickly caught the “real estate bug.” Coming from Calgary’s corporate world, she developed a strong foundation in financial decision-making, investment strategy, and long-term planning — skills that continue to guide her work with investors and homeowners today.
Education and Service
Eager to deepen her knowledge of the industry, Joanna made the bold move to leave corporate life and join Redline Real Estate Group after connecting with her Realtor, Darren Langille. She began her career in Property Management, where she learned the ins and outs of managing investment properties and delivering consistent, client-focused service. Her dedication and hands-on experience led to significant success early on.

Joanna naturally progressed into a Business Development role, helping grow the property management portfolio of Greenleaf Property Management, a division of Redline Real Estate Group.
